These terms cover your use of MBA Copilot (“we”, “us”), an AI platform that helps you plan and prepare business school applications. By creating an account or using MBA Copilot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

MBA Copilot guides you through your application: your profile, school selection, stories, essays, recommendations, interviews and deadlines. It’s in early access, so features may change, be added or be removed.

Early access is free. When paid plans arrive, we’ll tell you the price before anything you use costs money, and nothing you’ve already written will ever be locked behind a paywall.

You must be 18 or older to use MBA Copilot. Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

You own what you bring to MBA Copilot: your resume, essays, stories and messages. You give us a limited license to store and process it only to run and improve the service, including sending it to the AI providers that produce MBA Copilot’s guidance (see our Privacy policy). You’re responsible for having the right to share whatever you upload.

We may also create and keep de-identified, aggregated insights from application materials, such as patterns in what works at each school. These contain nothing that identifies you and are kept even if you delete your account. We won’t try to re-identify anyone from them, and we require the same of anyone we share them with.

MBA Copilot’s guidance comes from AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It’s guidance, not a guarantee: we don’t promise any admission, scholarship, interview or funding outcome, and nothing in MBA Copilot is legal, financial or immigration advice. Check everything before you rely on it, and make sure your use of AI follows each school’s application policies. What you submit is your responsibility.

MBA Copilot is independent. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any school, program or scholarship we name. Those names belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe what MBA Copilot covers.

• Don’t use MBA Copilot to break the law or anyone’s rights.
• Don’t pretend to be someone else, or upload content you have no right to use.
• Don’t probe, scrape, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t share your account, or resell or provide MBA Copilot to others without our agreement.

The MBA Copilot software, design, brand and the content we publish belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using MBA Copilot. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

You can stop using MBA Copilot at any time and delete your account yourself from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

MBA Copilot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as MBA Copilot changes. We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll also let you know directly. If you keep using MBA Copilot after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
